Know Which Balance You're Viewing
EZ77 may display separate balances for purchased credits, rewards, or competition-specific values. Pull up the balance detail instead of assuming every number can be used in the same place.
Find out whether a balance expires or follows a use priority. If two values are available, the application may choose one automatically when an item is verified.
- Go over the balance label.
- Review any expiry date.
- Review use priority.
- Note restricted topics.
Go back over the Item Before Confirming
Pull up the item detail and review name, quantity, price, profile, and any recurring behavior. A minor screen can make two similar options look identical.
Don't rush through a confirmation since a timer or animation is running. Return to the previous screen if the final amount is not plain.
- Double-review that the specific item.
- Review quantity and final price.
- Keep an eye out for recurring terms.
- Stop if the total changes.
Check History After the Purchase
Wait for the outcome screen, then compare the new balance with the payment records. A pending line means the application has recorded the request but has not finalized it.
Avoid tapping the purchase button again as the first record is pending. Keep the reference and allow the displayed update period.

- Compare balance and records.
- Recognize a pending state.
- Don't submit a duplicate.
Report Missing or Incorrect Credits
First refresh the profile screen and double-review that the payment belongs to the same profile. Then compare the item, price, reference, and verified state.
If the numbers still disagree, provide EZ77 support the masked profile reference, time, records line, and expected balance. Never include a passphrase or one-time code.
