Go back over the Profile in One Sitting
Pull up the EZ77 profile menu and compare the displayed name, contact details, region, and fallback option with latest information. Correct obvious mistakes through the approved revise route.
Some verified details can't be changed instantly. Don't enter a replacement that belongs to another person just to get past a form; ask support which evidence is required.
- Review contact details.
- Double-review that the fallback option.
- Review region and language.
- Work with the formal correction route.
Separate Password and Recovery Changes
Change the passphrase from a trusted phone and store it in a passphrase manager. Then verify that the linked inbox or phone still belongs to you and can receive a code.
Completing both changes at once can trigger extra protection reviews. Keep every confirmation until the new details are displayed in the profile.
- Choose a unique passphrase.
- Guard the linked inbox.
- Store change confirmations.
- Review active sessions afterward.
Make Notifications Useful
Turn on protection and profile-state notices even if you prefer fewer promotional notices. Those topics serve separate purposes and should not be treated as one switch.
Review both the EZ77 choice and the phone permission. A notice enabled in the application may still be blocked by the operating system.
- Keep protection notifications enabled.
- Choose campaign notices separately.
- Review phone alert permission.
- Review inbox filtering.
Save a Small Account Record
Store key reference numbers, verification dates, and support threads in a secure place. Don't store passphrases or one-time codes in that note.
When something changes unexpectedly, the record displays what the profile looked like beforehand. It also helps support follow a plain sequence instead of starting from a vague description.
- Keep ticket numbers.
- Note the date of major changes.
- Store no secret credentials.
- Delete outdated file copies safely.
