Double-check that It's Your Offer
Pull up the campaign from the signed-in EZ77 profile. Find out whether it's public, invitation-only, limited to new profiles, or tied to a membership level.
Go over the start time before acting. An move completed before activation or outside the published window may not count even if the banner remains visible.
- Double-review the profile invitation.
- Go over the qualification line.
- Note the active window.
- Verify any profile condition.
Activate Before You Continue
If the page displays a join, activate, or claim control, use it once and wait for confirmation. Take note of any progress counter that turns up afterward.
Don't leave the detail screen until you understand the eligible action. Similar-looking application features may not be included in the same campaign.
- Press the activation control once.
- Keep the success notice.
- Identify the qualifying feature.
- Review minimum and maximum terms.
Track the Result in the Account
Use EZ77 records or the campaign page to follow progress. A completed move may turn up first as pending as the application reviews qualification and verified state.
Allow the stated update period. Repeating an move since the counter has not refreshed can create extra action without solving the delay.
- Double-review the verified progress screen.
- Distinguish pending from completed.
- Wait for the published interval.
- Hold on to the final profile entry.
Raise One Complete Support Case
If the credit or profile extra is still missing after the closing time, compare the activation time, eligible action, progress screen, and latest terms.
Provide support the campaign name, profile-safe reference, time, and relevant screen captures. One complete report is easier to investigate than several notices with separate fragments.
- Quote the campaign name exactly.
- Include dates and reference numbers.
- Include only helpful screen captures.
- Keep passphrases and codes confidential.
